Adventure Awaits in the Summer of 2018
Northern Lights Eco Adventures summer of 2018 will be piloting our first Region Service Expedition.
This will encompass four nights and five days of a expedition through the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore and
Northwest Indiana. The campers will start in Michigan City and end at the Douglas center.
The campers will be backpacking/paddling/and biking through the dunes and beach while learning
about the local ecosystems and natural history of the community. The students will also participate in
a local service project and community art project. By the end of the trip the students will create a goal
with a action plan of a service project they will conduct in their home community. If you are interested please email

Expedition I: Monday June 18-Friday June 22
Cost: $500.00 per kid (scholarships available for children with financial needs).
